NEW ORLEANS, LA — During Essence Festival weekend, The Jung Hotel & Residences proudly partnered with Geaux Girl Giving Collective as the Official Venue Partner for The Legacy House, an immersive portrait exhibition and networking experience celebrating the leadership, creativity, and impact of Black women throughout Louisiana.
Held within The Jung's lower lobby and Lobby Bar, The Legacy House welcomed entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, executives, creatives, philanthropists, and community advocates for an afternoon of connection, storytelling, and community. Through portrait installations, networking, and thoughtfully curated programming, the event transformed one of the hotel's public gathering spaces into an experience that reflected the spirit of Essence Festival and the vibrant culture of New Orleans.
The collaboration reflects The Jung Hotel & Residences' continued commitment to partnering with organizations that create meaningful experiences for both visitors and the local community while showcasing the versatility of its event spaces.
